Dear player, manager, owner/investor or any performance/medical staff.

My name is Mr Inge Jarl Clausen. I’m Norwegian and I live in Kiefersfelden, Bayern, Germany.

Now one do not have to worry much about an overwhelming playing schedule. Since a few years, one key to more or less full restoration and regaining biological vitality for an athlete has been discovered and developed.  And this in about 30 min.  Without using a medicine, ice, talking, machines, touch or traditional training. Setting free biomechanic.  Organismicly seen, reducing the risk of injury happening.

The principle of Vegetative Training is easy to learn and each player/staff can do this alone. If Vegetative training is used every player will have more or less full biological vitality available every day. The organismic load of playing, interacting with team, media, fans or their private life can be transformed into new energy, vitality and action if used regularly. No more hesitation in play. A new momentum in team play arising fast.

It is one way to start to transform limitations (our history of emotional load – that regulates it all) stored centrally in the organisms adaptive physiology ,that limits the full use of the organism.

I have used Vegetative training on some athletes and staff in football leagues.  Man City, Everton, Leicester, Celta Vigo, Real Valladolid, Dinamo Zagreb, PSV Eindhoven, Austrian National team, LigaMX,  and : Tour de France, Ultraman, Norwegian Cross country Ski team, Rio And South Korea Olympic and more.

The approach is real and based on an old medical/psychological tradition from Norway with +60 years of experience in restoring and improving the general function of the human organism.

To accelerate the development/restoration of athletes, we are naturally amplifying the processes that mainly regulate the restoration of the human organism. (ANS).  Improving the general function of the organism. No more worries/anxieties. Resetting the players every day.  This has huge effect on injury risk. 

(Improving the imperfect/lacking contact with basic and spontaneous biologically determined movements(vitality) that characterize the athlete. These contacts may be more or less disturbed, but it is always disturbed)

It may be bold of me to say that this type of training is the Aleph, the Alpha & Omega of  Sports training. However, it is what I feel.

It all started at a time in my life when I was very concerned about the recovery process of my athletes.

For several days I have been able to experience in my own body a transformation of series of emotions that have made me balance my thoughts and the functioning of my body once again.

On the other hand, I was able to verify as well the development of a central defender that was with Mr. Inge Jarl Clausen during that time. I can say that I have been able to see a huge improvement in his performance when in competition and training.

I still cannot, however, quantify or explain fully what happened. What I do know is that Vegetative training translated into a very powerful and visible solidness, energy and explosive vitality.
