My name is Mr Inge Jarl Clausen. I’m Norwegian and I live in Kiefersfelden, Bayern, Germany. Here some information about one example of a paradigm shift in the development of athletes called Vegetative training.
Now it is possible to transform limitations in adaptive physiology (the vegetative system) that limits the full use of the organism. It means we break up the existing performance characteristic of the human organism centrally and lifts all functions to a much higher level of performance. Improving biological vitality as never seen before.
Usually it takes 1-2 weeks to get any athlete to his/her full potential and at the same time start a new strong performance development only possible with Vegetative training. First setting free todays (hisorical) optimal potential. Then start lifting to new performance levels never seen before. A new process.
Using no touch, no talking. no physio, no meds, no machines or traditional training.
The last 7 years I’ve used Vegetative training on some staff and players/athletes in Man City, Everton, Leicester, Celta Vigo, Real Valladolid, Dinamo Zagreb, PSV Eindhoven, Austrian National team, LigaMX, World top Table tennis players, Tour de France, Ultraman, Norwegian Cross country Ski team, Norwegian World top track and field runners, ATP, NBA, Rio And South Korea Olympic and more.
In the new paradigm in the development/restoration of athletes, we are naturally amplifying the natural processes that mainly regulate the restoration of the human organism. (ANS, Vagus nerve /parasympathetic). Accelerating restoration and new build up as never seen before. No more worries/anxieties. Resetting the athlete every day is possible.
(Improving the imperfect/lacking contact with basic and spontaneous biologically determined movements(vitality) that characterize the athlete. These contacts may be more or less disturbed, but it is always disturbed)
In the near future, no athlete or serious sports team can be without this new science. The method is a tremendous advantage in competitions with other athletes.

A revolutionary method characterizes the current activity in practice in Pucking – Vegetative Training (r). Meeting with Inge Jarl Clausen (NOR) not only started a new professional section, but also the transfer of sport into the everyday life of many people.
In terms of regeneration, probably the largest reserves. Vegetative training is currently still considered a secret weapon but can be a great enrichment for everyone.

It may be bold of me to say that this type of training is the Aleph, the Alpha & Omega of Sports training. However, it is what I feel.
For several days I have been able to experience in my own body a transformation of series of emotions that have made me balance my thoughts and the functioning of my body once again.
On the other hand, I was able to verify as well the development of a central defender that was with Mr. Inge Jarl Clausen during that time. I can say that I have been able to see a huge improvement in his performance when in competition and training.
I still cannot, however, quantify or explain fully what happened. What I do know is that Vegetative training translated into a very powerful and visible solidness, energy and explosive vitality.
