FEELING IS EVERYTHING

IN MY OPINION:

Lived life – does not lend itself easily to standardized interpretation; it is always an experience of something for someone in a unique context

The only recipe emerging from human complex systems principles is that there are no fixed recipes. Functional Methodologies and Interventions in one context can be dysfunctional in another, and contexts are always unrepeatable and inevitably unique.

Functional, species-specific, task-specific adaptations that contain contextual information about how and in what order genetic replication can be optimised.

The spontaneous and automated reaction patterns stored in the organism throughout the evolutionary history of reacting. The Phylogenetic conditioned response stereotypes serve the organism’s ability to survive, adapt and continue to function in its environment. A category of experience that stores the knowledge of time, space and mass that precedes cognitive understanding.

The phenomenon of health as an ontogenetic response form linked to a phylogenetic response stereotype.  link

The important memories/emotions/feelings (life, as it is felt-was felt-more or less, regulates it all), some saturated as disturbances/protective regulations in the organism, need to be brought up, re-experienced, felt,  set in motion to have a better chance for an organismic deep integration/restoration, improving our self-regulation capacity, and the general functionality of the human organism. In fact, start building a new, better life and a new body.

the best way for this to happen is in the basic human position, with no touch, very little talking,

We are not fully adapted to upright positions. Puts a constant strain on autonomic systems and predisposes to imbalance. Also, in thoughts. Regeneration/normalization in the horizontal position.

The organism possesses a self-regulation mechanism (Homeostatic regulation, utilizing bidirectional feedback loops). This works regardless of whether it is allowed to unfold freely or not. It is the biological life of the organism.

Biochemical mediators of emotions, the functional integration of the body’s cells through networks of neuropeptides and their receptors – the existence of a communicating network of neuropeptides and their receptors provide a link among the body’s cellular defence and repair mechanisms, glands, and brain.  (a bidirectional network of organismic communication and that the information “carriers” are the neuropeptides)

This perspective argues that it is the information substances
(hormones and messenger molecules that act as parasynaptic modulators), which are responsible for encoding classical and operant conditioning and which provide the flexibility characteristic of human condition-dependent memory and learning (Rossi and Cheek, 1988). Rossi believes that state-specific memory, learning, and behaviours encoded in the limbic-hypothalamic and closely related systems are the main information intermediaries between mind and body (Rossi, 1986d, in Rossi and Cheek, 1988). Biological scientists have focused on the importance of the state-specific nature of the normal regulation of physiology. They believe that the behavioural state is fundamental to understanding homeostatic integration in all systems on a broad evolutionary level (Hobson et al., 1986 in Rossi and Cheek, 1988).

Feelings are where consciousness begins. Without them, consciousness is impossible. Consciousness is the result of the continued presence of homeostatic feelings. ref. Antonio Damasio and Hanna Damasio

Using the human basic position, setting the homoeostasis in incredibly strong movement. Creating a kind of organismic inversion- a vegetative wave. Building a new dynamic. Sometimes a huge transformation. ” a turning inward, inside out, or other reversal/transition of the normal/current state of the organism. (Really feeling the strange order of things in the organism)

Homeostasis the condition of that regulates human physiology within the range that makes possible not only the survival but also the flourishing of life. >Antonio Damasio.

Improvement starts centrally in the organism and partly through epigenetic mechanisms spread peripherally to all other biochemical, physiological, somatic, emotional and cognitive processes. One session for about 45-60 min.

(Improving the imperfect/lacking contact with basic and spontaneous biologically determined movements that characterize the organism. These contacts may be more or less disturbed, but it is always disturbed)

It is about merging the bodily, emotional and cognitive experiences together so that the person recognizes the conflicts/contradictions as an organic whole and that they are resolved as an organic whole ( 3 memory systems, Damasio). The unconscious emotional experience is made conscious and integrated.

        Successful organismic transformation and relearning.

When you introduce a lot of top-down processing, you get resources in your brain to compete for access. The working memory does its thing, the long-term memory retrieves memories, the amygdala tries to do its thing, and the medial prefrontal cortex tries to regulate the amygdala, which is also involved in working memory.  He believes all this can interfere with the possibility for transformation, f.ex, that a learned, conditional behaviour is actually extinguished. (organismic response) He suggests that researchers should experiment with simple stimulus repetition without talking and see how it goes.   Joseph E. LeDoux.

Fear, anxiety and uneasiness are all complex cognitive emotions, – “independent” of the automatic, instinctive fight-or-flight response.

The book “The Strange Order of Things” is a pathbreaking investigation into homeostasis, the condition of that regulates human physiology within the range that makes possible not only the survival but also the flourishing of life. Antonio Damasio makes clear that we descend biologically, psychologically, and even socially from a long lineage that begins with single living cells; that our minds and cultures are linked by an invisible thread to the ways and means of ancient unicellular life and other primitive life-forms; and that inherent in our chemistry is a powerful force,(feeling) a striving toward life maintenance that governs life in all its guises, including the development of genes that help regulate and transmit life.
