A NEW PARADIGM IN DEVELOPMENT AND RECOVERY OF ATHLETES – VEGETATIVE TRAINING

My name is Mr. Inge Jarl Clausen. Im Norwegian and I live in Kiefersfelden, Bayern. Germany

I represent a method  based on a old medical/psychological tradition from Norway which have focus on how to remove inner structures/disturbance in our adaptive physiology that limits performance, recovery and healing-processes.  Its a way to reprogram the organism to a higher level of functionality.

Its called Self regulated and experience orientated vegetotherapy.(SOV. ) Adapted to sport I call it Vegetative training.(VGT) Vegetative points to our inner pillars of adaptation. Our vegetative system. Our performance frame. Training here means we train and expand the performance characteristic of the organism from inside.

To make it easier to understand why the approach is a new paradigm I have to explain a little about how medical science understands the human organism in their methodology. (please just ask if you have any questions.)

 

TODAY’S MEDICAL THEORETICAL FOUNDATION – ELIMINATING THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR INFLUENCING THE HUMAN ORGANISM – EXPERIENCES

 

“Human experiences  is not only absent from contemporary evidence-based medicine, it is in fact explicitly eliminated by the mathematical analyses performed during assembly of evidence.

During the past decade, empirical documentation has demonstrated that experience – the information that an individual acquires during a lifetime of sensing and acting – is of fundamental biological relevance.

The traditional scientific methodology of biomedicine fails to take account of the self-aware, meaning-seeking, purposeful and relational nature of humans . Doctors therefore lack theoretical understanding of how a broad range of experiences associated with self-image, relations, and values become «inscribed» in the organism.

A EXPERIENCE ORIENTATED METHODOLOGY – VEGETATIVE TRAINING

 

Vegetative training represent knowledge that reveals the interaction between the human organism (biology) and life experience (biography) in the broadest sense. The way experiences becomes inscribed in our organism

And a method that starts releasing/transforming – removing structures (vegetative contradictions) – that limits/influences our epi genetic rejuvenation, self-healing and our neuro physiological foundation for communication, attachment, self regulation and emotion.

Early childhood mostly due to relational experiences our performance frame – characteristic gets formed.  We will all carry disturbance in adaptive physiology that limits the organisms full potential.  (some more than others)   With good  empathic support
and well conducted training we slowly more or less perform better and better inside our more or less static performance frame.

OPENING UP AND TRANSFORMING THE PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTIC

A Pro athletes breathing capacity,  velocity, bio-mechanical flow, reaction time, coordination skills, rapid decisions and mental strength/focus are decided by his/her performance grid.  (the homoeostasis)  This grid is connected to all adaptive functions with a lot of inner disturbance that limits top performance of the organism.  Through traditional training there is small movement and improvement comes slowly. (usually the strong limiting structures can not be removed with traditional training.)

What we do is different.  We open up the whole performance grid. Put it in tremendous movement so inner dynamic starts to transforms and limiting structures starts dissolving. (disturbance in adaptive physiology)  After each session the system body re-organizes it self at a higher level of functionality.  This my tradition has done for more than 60 years. This we do without any touch, medicine or machines.

MAJOR IMPROVEMENT OF ANY TOP ATHLETE

Using the method will unavoidable lead to higher performance. In 2-3 weeks one will experience a substantial performance improvement.. One will get to next level. One session about 45 min. Every session will gradually improve all functions of the organism. Improvement starts centrally in the organism and spreads peripheral to all other biochemical, physiological, somatic, emotional and cognitive processes. Long lasting injuries usually gets healed as the organism starts to grow younger and stronger.

THE PRACTICAL WORK

One are laying on a therapy bench doing a special breathing method for about 45 minutes. This might sound easy but is usually  hard work and pretty strange.  The body can start shaking with uncontrolled spams.. (a vegetative breakthrough  – after the organism is at a higher lever of  functionality.

Not all athletes has the  discipline and mental power to  provoke their existing  performance /emotional characteristic  and psychological defence of their world. But this is needed to improve the inner performance level.

Ive used the method with very interesting results in Premier league, Austrian National team soccer, 2 UCI world tour Cycling teams, Iron Man/Ultraman, Pro Motorcycle rider at Dakar level. and world top 10 Table tennis.
